Welcome to Pilatesworks. The pilates studio that specializes in Authentic Pilates Instruction whose focus is personalized instruction and attention to detail.

Pilatesworks is located in Erlenbach on the lake of Zürich, in a studio with  hardwood floors, high ceilings, and an abundance of natural light, open space and fresh air.

The aim of the studio is to improve stregnth, flexibility, body/mind connection and posture without unnecessary strain. Pilates lessons are taught one on one with specifically designed exercise equipment. The Pilates Method is a full body conditioning which is ideal for all ages and fitness levels.

Pilatesworks offers private lessons, Duets and mat classes.
